There is an online peition you can sign:
"We, the undersigned, request that the Australian Press Council conduct an investigation into News Corp Australia’s media coverage of the 2013 Australian federal election campaign.
We also request that appropriate action is taken to prevent this from happening again in the future."

I don't care that you don't care.
Other readers might be grateful for the heads up though.
I feel that it is everyone's duty to point out a scam when they see one. community spirit and all that 🙂
more than 100,000 people don't care. most are well aware of the info they're parting with.
looks like they just want fibre!
Or could NBN have had someone write a simple algorithm to bump the numbers? 😉
The petition is not worth the paper it is written on. It will go to no one as it is not a valid petition. but if it makes you feel better by all means indulge in your fantasy 🙂
Clever network. Do ya reckon someone programmed it to interfere with other sites or would it have deveopled those skills on it's own fibre diet?

Be careful what you wish for as Labor could benefit from a free press in years to come.
Blaming Murdoch for the Labor loss is ludicrous, it denigrates all voters to the same mindless actions as most on here who sign it.
Watching T Plibersek on Q & A the other night brought home to me the total fiasco of Labor refusing to see their mistakes & blaming it on exterior forces.
I would like to shine a light on Ms Pliberseks brain, I finally understood what it was like to trip on LSD.
its nothing like that. i think you lot are scared of her potential to be frank, especially when casting an eye over the 'ladies ' on the right.

the number is going up .

If they have not inserted a bail-out number it could end up having a larger number than Australia's population, that would be funny.

would appear that someone 'ere knows a great deal about 'data collection and on-sellin' scams
now, one wonders how would one come to know all that, aye. aye.

OMG , do you mean to say that you are not one oft the 361,000,000 who knows about it?

personal experience ?
anyway, turn bull's rejected that nbn petition, reckons the election victory gives it a mandate to implement its policy.
errr, no, it don't. abbrot's mob may 'ave had a majority vote, that's not a mandate. but.

addendum to that post
on that single nbn issue alone, of their total platform, that is.
and many other single issues also - like the PPL - no mandate.

Even after posters are enlightened about thie petition & the people who run them they are still not convinced??? bit like them saying the biggest loss Labor has ever faced in the history of the party is "not too bad" whhoo hooo & spinning about "mandate this & mandate that" just makes it even worse.
Tony Abbott hasn't even formed his front bench, hasn't been sworn in & his mandate as you are all so happy to bandy about because labor is saying it because they have NOTHING else to cling onto is ridiculous.
Take a deep breath folks, stay calm & just get on with your lives. Whatever Tony Abbot does or does not do is going to be 100 times better than whast we have had to suffer under Labor. Also the unemployment figures are rising, productivity is falling & our growth has not lived up to expectations so the free ride is at an end and NONE of it is the fault of Tony Abbot.
Get a bit of perspective folks.
