August 13 is an annual “holiday” that not only celebrates lefties, and raises awareness about the numerous struggles and difficulties left-handed people face in a right-handed world.
The annual event is marked by various left-handed parties and events all over the world.
Despite the challenges of living in a right-handed world, many famous Southpaws have excelled in their profession.
Hands up all lefties here.

In our family, all my children are right handed (youngest uses both hands) as are their spouses....... 2 of my grandaughters (cousins to each other) are left handed.
My eldest brother is left handed (but he has no right hand) and my younger brother is a lefty.
OH's 2 sisters are left handed.

Well enjoy your day and save those left hand rubber gloves for a right hander, Deb
I'm currently reading a book "Her Perfect Symmetry" by Audrey Nieffenegger. It features a set mirror image identical twins. One is right-handed the other is left. One has her organs all standard, the other has everything on the right, and has a few medical problems.
That's as far as I am.
