Ipad air running the ebay app just buffers as soon as you chose a function.

I have an ipad air 128GB with plenty of space left.   I have been running the ebay app for at least 2 years.  Following the latest update of the operating system the ebay app opens but just buffers as soon as you chose a function. 

I have deleted the app from the machine and reinstalled it several times but it has no impact - same problem.

Has anyone else experienced this problem ?

No, quite the reverse in fact. I have found the latest update to be one of the few that have ever actually made things better 😄

The only problem I have with the app is I can't get here.  I have to use the Internet site for CS
