Is Beauty universal or not

e.g. say Beethoven, Bach. Picasso

Is it just a matter of opinion what constitue as beauty? Is it a majority decides. 

Is beauty universal? Is there an objective way of deciding beauty?

How do YOU decide what beauty is?

I don't know but i think all fascists are ugly on the inside which shows through and makes them ugly on the outside, does that help?

Not everybody will find Beethoven, Bach. 's music or Picasso's art beautiful

so in that context, no... beauty is not universal

there are individual tastes when it comes to that

i do believe there is universal beauty though, something that everybody finds beautiful

scenes in nature for example

who can not behold a beautiful sunset?
