Is Jacqui Lambie more articulate than Tony Abbott?

She does find words to say, not as many ums as Abbott, what do others think?

she does have a few things in common with the abbott - she lost a rank in the army after drunkenly assaulting a fellow soldier, not that the abbott has ever been in any defence force but he has assaulted a few people.
