sarcasm is only acceptable if used by a skilled practitioner, like Paul keating. the political setting is a perfect background for it.. (most of them are deserving) the moronic pickering style used against ms gillard is pathetic in terms of someone like keating, larry is fifth -rate, he doesn't get that his psychotic pursuit of her is an illness not a strength.

It may still be fun and games when they don't see the sarcasm ...instead think the other person is being weak or defensive and go from there?
also when none was intended but some see it there ?
there are different types and different levels of sarcasm aren't there ...some more OK perhaps than others ?
