I don't know yet, only heard the end of the story, apparently there was a court case but it wasn't pursued because of Abbott's extensive legal representation, the person I think the surname was wolfe said he has come out now because of recent events, that is as much as I know.

It will most likely be repeated on sky and I will try and catch more of the story.
