Is Tony hoping for a change in the weather?

I hear it is very hot in Brisbane.

I suppose it is just normal spring weather or could it have something to do with climate change?

Going to be 40 today.  No, it is not normal spring weather, very unusual.  I could find some stats, but won't.  February is usually our hottest month.

Obama spoke at UQ of the warmest summer in history, I think he was referrking to the US, not sure.

But Abbott has decided that we won't mention the weather.

Although the rain we are having is welcomed I would also like a change in the waether or it will be gumboots and rain coats to 2alk and play with the rescue puppies today.

A pity it's so hot in Brisbane for everyone.

Kalgoorlie recorded its coldest pair of November days in 75 years between hot spells with the temperature last week  reaching its max at 15c -  Lovely winter's day ? - Oh  thats right , we are nearly at the end of spring.

Leonora -North of Kalgoorlie also recorded its lowest max. Back in spring of   November 1957 it recorded 44.4c

It was 42 degrees where I was yesterday, about 30 mins south of the city.. and today is looking about the same so far, too hot to do much at all. I imagine it will be hotter in the city with all the concrete and the buildings and no air flow.

Sorry, you and no one else will convince me about the effects of climate change - Though if Al Gore offered to share the multi millions with me that  he scammed from the gullible - I may be persuaded.
