Nice language isn't it, I have been listening to the news for the past few hours and on sky they were saying he threatened to cut his throat once in government, now they are saying cut your throat in funding 😄
What do you think of Van onselens tweets warubin? 😮
They are still reporting that Roberts is denying using the language......oopsie!

That is what I find interesting. It's not the cut your throat comment, it's the fact that he offered to be a source inside Tony Abbotts office for Peter van Onselen.
How will Tony Abbott deal with that if it's true?

hadn't they been to a 'party'?? not that that's any excuse, but perhaps a reason?

They all need to grow up and start using the words already provided in the English language for the purpose........innuendo is a poor way to speak.....

How could the author of this thread interpret "I'll cut your throat in government, I'll cut your funding" into a thug threatening to cut someones throat? Very strange.
As silly as interpreting the expression 'I'll 'fix you up,' when used on a chat forum as being a threat of physical violence.

And no doubt there'll be massive missives flying backwards and forwards across the chamber during question time.
