just little bowls to put your mustards and sauces etc in for on the dinner table?
I've got a white dinner set with gold edges, and trying to find matching dishes etc - I just know them as ramekins, but is there a special name?
Thanks

Why didn't you phone the restaurant where your other half works and ask the Chef?

that sounds really nice.
do you use yours often? or do you save it for really splish occassions?
I have my good dinner sets that I just look at LOL, and then just an ordinary everyday white one - just cos Gordon Ramsay put them out LOL *blush*
but I didn't have 16 place settings of any of them.
hey Buzz - it's hotels that are rated up to 5 stars (and some diamond) the only stars that matter for a restaurant are michelin, which only go up to 3.

This Christmas will be the first time I have used them, due to illness last Christmas was a right off, so this Christmas will be special, plus my Mum turns 89 Christmas eve.

Just you being there and with your mum too, will make it an awesome day.
