Yes, that's a tank.

No, that isn't on the moon.

That's just a stock photo aerial view of a tank on earth, to compare to the shot of what they think looks a bit tank like on the moon.

The moon shot doesn't convince me it is a tank, it looks more like a rock.

They don't say where the moon photo was taken from either. if it was taken from a satelliete then that 'tank' could well be the size of Uluru.
