Looks like yet another storm in a tea cup from the easily offended no sense of humour and we hate Australia mob
This Singlet and T-shirt has been available for a number of years on the web, on eBay and in many shops around the country until some super sensitive poonce from Canberra on an end of season footy trip to Cairns with his team decided to get himself all offended and post a pic etc and then the usual easily we hate Australia types all jumped on it (seems some ACT AFL players are over sensitive)
So is this RACIST or simply a singlet that’s says you are proud to be Australian and if you don’t like it here leave.
Is this yet another storm in a tea cup from the easily offended humourless types

Isn't the flag representative for what your country stands for. So.... in a way your saying you don't care for your country.
No, you're wrong about that. I am not in anyway saying I don't care for my country.
I object to the flag and what it is used and abused for.
I don't believe the flag of another country has any place on our flag today. Big difference between fact and your assumption.

Woolworths facebook page

It's come to our attention that two Woolworths stores were inadvertently stocking a singlet that we consider totally unacceptable.
This singlet was not one we ordered - it was delivered to us in error and should never been allowed on our shelves. We're going to review our processes to ensure this sort of error cannot happen again.
As soon as we were made aware we immediately withdrew the product from our shelves. The sentiment expressed on the singlet does not reflect the views of Woolworths. Woolworths has a policy of 'Doing the Right Thing' which means we believe in fostering an environment where everyone is treated with dignity, courtesy and respect.
So whatdya reckon? A (not so) elaborate hoax or maybe setup or an honest basic human error??

NO!! What was racist was the bombing of Pearl Harbor!!!
I have seen the memorial at Pearl Harbour and the Tee shirts with the red dot and Japanese writing of "the divine wind" sold by the millions.
Now that is offensive and thoughtless to see that tee shirt but it wasn't banned in Hawaii.
As for the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbour? that was war more than racism, the American people suffered a mighty blow and they didn't deserve it.
Careful of the hornets nest when you kick America and good on them, that's as it should be, they love their country and are fiercely patriotic, that is their strengh.
Some on here could learn something from American history before they shoot their mouths off about our country and our flag.

I look at intent and given the political climate we're in at the moment, it's aim at being devisive so yes.

Lets all boycott the boycotters, the leftists, the anti intellectuals, the just plain old bogan, hating everything they can't get their head around.
I'm in favour of freedom, freedom to buy what I like, to wear what I like and to read what I like.
The supporters of this withdrawal belong in Conrovia, along with Conroy, who tried to shut down freedom of the press, abley abetted by Rocks in the head Roxon.
Go back there, you will feel right at home.
In the meantime I am looking for one of those Tee's, I believe they are selling like hotcakes on ebay. I wonder if ebay will ban the selling of them, that's an interesting question.......
