It's a miracle!

Miss L (who has ASD and significant sleep issues) is having a friend stay over tonight.  Yes, I know it's a school night but her friend's mum (a sole parent) has been invited to a theatre show and really wanted to go, so that's the timing reason.  L's friend, A, also has ASD and significant sleep issues.

After school I took them both swimming, then to dinner at a bistro with an indoor playground where they played for over an hour (both very physical girls), then came home, had a bath, put on PJ's and read two stories.

Both were asleep by 8.35pm.  Whilst I know this is late for many children, this is early for these too!  😄  Weekday sleepovers more often!

Now I can get back to folding and ironing the washing without constant interruptions (I'm hungry/thirty/cold/hot/scared/lonely/etc.)
