She could buy her own $50m mansion. Although the news story below says she can have their $50m home if she wants it.
Baxter is expected to settle back in Australia to mend her broken heart, amid speculation she will receive a settlement of well over $100 million - much more than the commitments in her prenuptial agreement.
................While terms of the divorce settlement, finalised in Sydney last week, remain confidential, it is understood Mr Packer has offered for Erica to take possession of the couple's newly completed $50 million mansion in Vaucluse if she wants to settle there
How come the rich and famous or just the rich from Australia can move to the US and live there, rent a house, do acting or what ever?

I edited my post when I saw that bit about her being offered the mansion... all of it hearsay, gossip.
$100m is a good haul, although if you are used to spending $50m on a house, might not seem too much.

He's just another rich man who attracts women through his wealth rather than his personality, I think.
A bit like Prince Albert of Monaco, perhaps.
My daughter worked as a groom/strapper for the Argentinian Polo team back in the mid 80s and spent 3 months at Ellerston.
The Packers were very good to their guests. The bunk rooms were very well appointed, food was fantastic and there was transport provided several times a week to take them to town and back. There were first run films most nights in the mess hall and any time they saw Kerry or James they were always very pleasant.
My daughter's first encounter with KP was when she went bolting round a corner and collided with a very tall man. She nearly went head over tip but he grabbed her, steadied her and went on his way. One of the other girls made some comment about KP....that was her introduction to the great KP and she had not recognised him.
The Packer's staff was always on hand to help the guests if necessary.
My daughter says that she would quite happily live in KP's stables...they had every mod con including automatic fly sprayers.

Albert bats for the other team, so his marriage is just an arrangement of $$.
