waiting? babies usually take 40 weeks and no due date was made public, was it? She may be due today.

I think (could be wrong) that officially the Lord Chamberlain had to be present at the birth - though in more recent timesthe reality was he waited discreetly outside the door till the doctor or midwife brough the baby out to him
