If you give a gonski apparently there is a petition on the gonski site.
You can see what your school stands to gain on the site:

its not that i think the money would be of no benefit, its simply on form and consistent with LNP ideaology that i realised the public schools will miss out.
Hand on your heart here LL,
Are you saying that IF Labor were our current government in power, that you would not have moved your children out of the public system?
That as soon as This government was elected, you went wow, best I get them into a different system?
nothing like it. a public school was a better choice for one, but not the other. i come from a catholic background (complete with tumbleweeds) i also know for a fact that the school in question has been (at last) sufficiently 'cleansed'

Therefore I suggest that you should know everything about it. As you have a copy of it, I cannot see the point in reproducing a huge copy/paste here, even though I know that you like those, but it is essential to consider the other posters as well.
of course sections of Acts or even entire Acts can be repealed. It happens all the time. ?????
Commonwealth of Australia Repealed Acts
Did you find the answers to your other questions from earlier then ?

If three states had legally binding agreements, and the funding was legislated for, how did the current Government get around that?
Does anyone know the name of this alleged legislation and when it was repealed? (assuming of course it ever received assent)

That attitude towards schooling, I find really cool. That you looked around for a school that suited your child iykwim, even if it meant different schools for different children.
I at least hope that they are closish to each other for you so that school pick up/collection isn't too hard.
I've got a Catholic background too, but I don't understand the tumbleweeds reference?
