Why has the show The Block become the Keith Show?
Remember way back when we didn't see the site supervisor?
It is time Keith stepped away from the lens.
It should be about Mark (and Duncan) but Keith wants it all about himself.

I read that Duncan was allowed to pick a former contestant to come in and help him finish the job and he's chosen Dale from last year, this should be interesting.
Eloi these shows are carefully scripted as are most reality programes. My best friends cousin let us know that and he should know as he's a judge on the UK Dance show Strictly Come Dancing.

lol! snap Amy ๐ I like he chose Dale for 'strategic' reasons.

the show is not scripted as such but well edited...my life time friend worked on the show during the season that included the 2 sisters. They expected extra help being women, threw tantrums and were not popular by others workers.

.
cameraman's wife's oughta' lay off givin' advice, unless she's got some qualifications that isn't mentioned on the wikipage.
.
not_an_eloi I don't know who the cameraman is but the only "wife" I know of is Yana so is the cameraman her husband? (Brendan ??? Ward ????)
Sure I understand that it is a reality show and editing will be done to put the best/worst to air but why does nearly every scene have Keith in it?
Unfortunately the reality of The Block is the Keith is the block and I am sick of seeing him everynight.
I was the lucky recipient of a 68cm TV on the weekend and it was a replacement for my old 34cm faithful tv so Keith is a lot bigger this week and he is taking up way too much of my loungeroom now.

I agree with Twinkles.....I do not think it is scripted either......but cleverly edited.
Notice that no one ever refers to what day it is by name.

I watch this. Every show needs someone you love to hate. Keith is it.

I didn't mean scripted in the sense that everyone has to learn their lines. I meant in the sense that it's every hiccup (like the roofing disaster) are pre-planned and that nothing happens just by chance.
