LGTB in Christianity

 Do you think it's possible to be LGTB and a Christian?

 What about other religions/faiths/beliefs?

So maybe Terry Pratchett was right all along and there really  is a different God (or gods) for every religion. I can imagine Judgement Day and  St Peter  be directing traffic "Christian? first God on the right Hindu? second on the left.' Muslim? Take the lift to the next floor and you'll find Allah at the end of the corridor."

I do my best. 

But if, as Icy suggests,  everyone is going to be judged according to the rules of whichever  particular religion they follow, then the surest way to salvation is obviously to be an atheist.

I suppose I could find grounds for concern in that, after all, I will be the one who weighs my heart against a feather.

Ultimately, I will be the judge of whether, or to what degree, I have offended against my conscience, in this life.

The guide, then, to life is whether or not I can live with myself, and the things I have done. Or left undone.

It is my responsibility to make good as necessary, to atone when necessary, to set things, as well as I can, in balance.

If I die with a smile in my heart, then I have lived a good life.

As for what lies beyond, that is the realm of my Ancestors, and it does not trouble my thoughts for I am not yet there.
