Today Julia Gillard will have been PM for as long as Kevin Rudd.
Unfortunately for Australians their records are just as bad: more debt, deficits, waste, boats, broken promises and increasing cost of living pressures on families and more lies

It Tony Abbott a little man? How tall is he?
About a foot shorter than his boss, who has been likened to a drag queen.

''James Ashby's lawyer has sought leave to appeal against a Federal Court judgment that was highly critical of his actions in bringing a sexual harassment case against Peter Slipper.
Michael Harmer of Harmers Workplace Lawyers says the judgment has affected his professional reputation and exposed him to the potential for disciplinary action.'':^O:^O

not much hope of that.. he should have thought about his reputation beforehand ? maybe he can seek pre-selection for a lnp seat instead.

He could always become a pretend firey with Tone, that will get him some brownie points.

i think the bloke is deluded freddie. he sets out to ruin someone using all of his skill and cunning and no relevant evidence ... and then cries foul when he realises he's ruined himself and shown ashby for the weasel he is 🙂 typical of these guys, its fair as long as it's not happening to you. what a clod.

This is a interesting turn around:-)
Support for Labor has surged to its highest level since the 2010 election, although the Coalition retains a narrow lead over the Government after preferences.
The latest Newspoll, published in today's The Australian newspaper, shows voter support for Labor has jumped six points to 38 per cent since early December, compared with a two-point drop for the Coalition.
After preferences, the Coalition's eight-point lead has been whittled back to just two points - 51 per cent to 49 per cent.
Looks like "ol Tone, isn't going to get the dream run to the election he thought he would.
This election is very winnable for Ms Gillard and the Labor government.

yes it is. i think if it were to happen, it might eclipse 'the sweetest victory of all' ..if it doesn't, watching Abbott and his team of clowns floundering in the job might be amusing (as long as the senate stays intact)

Pondering what Abbotts disapproval rating is now. Last I heard it was around 64%. Can't imagine a man with that kind of rating becoming the prime minister. With these Newest newspoll figures I wonder if the LNP's powers that be might have itchy trigger fingers and opt to jetison their leader and do it quickly. The only thing that concerns me even more is if they pass the job on to Hockey. A truly frightening prospect.
" Margie, Margie the polls are 'ere " " Holy Carp " :^O

i'd prefer abbott. at least he is what he is.. all we really know about hockey is he is somewhat of a moderate (except in the area of IR and workplace reforms where he's more like his female look- a- like in rinehart)
