Yes Annie I hate funerals and only go to the ones where I have been close to the person.

I do send cards and phone to see if I can help in any way.

Hubby can't go ..he it awful at funerals ,makes it worse for everyone .

He is getting better ..but it's just the thing he can't cope with .
Not every one can .

So I usually go for us ..but I am hopeless nowadays too .
