To the Lithium Moderators
You need to allow the political discussions to free flow a bit more for the duration of the campaign 🙂
As this is only a 5 week election campaign finally I am hoping that there may be some bi-partisan support from both sides and that the Lithium mods may relax the rules a tad or stretch the rule a bit to allow for some robust and friendly Aussie banter between the different sides.
I am hoping that both sides may try and be kinder as the wonderful leader of the Labor party would like to see..
Lithium Moderators please you need to allow the political discussions to free flow a bit more for the duration of the campaign 🙂

Robust and friendly Aussie banter? Discussion and debate?
If only we were so lucky!
Perhaps if there was less C&P and more personal opinion expressed then we might be able to call it a 'discussion' or 'banter'.
As it is, all we really have is a one sided bombardment of Murdoch/Bolt/Pickering/Ackerman regurgitated valueless hype. I'm not sure that you can really call that 'discussion' nero.

THese papers and people have a right to free speech, even if you dont think so or like their opinions and they earn good money for that opinion and are well read.

do you value our Democracy ?
part of our Democracy is indeed Free Speech ....the added catch to our Democracy ,which you seem to have a problem with is
'within the bounds of the Law'
On these boards there are rules aren't there ?
From recent posts I have just searched and found out about the Standard also apply to Polical and Electoral Advertising, what may be considered as such ,the guidellines which apply, and where the public can use their Freedoms to make complaintS

You know in some ways I kind of agree with you nero. I don't like being told I'm not allowed to tell you what I really think about you and your mates endless, mindless C&P.

Hi nero, looks like you are the lone person on here atm who is a conservative & at the mercy of the pack attack by the luvvies.
Keep posting & don't let them drive you off, you have every right to be on here & every right to post what you like re the election.
It's just a shame that the luvvies hate what you post so they report you & every other conservative every chance they get.
