I have had a few posts removed, each time I have received a courtesy message explaining why it was removed, and have been able to communicate with the mod - yes, a real live person, not a bot!!! .

Let's hope they continue this trend and don't resort to liveworld's inept system.

to be fair it would be downright annoying, especially for the creator of the group.

ebay promote this as a function so they should makke sure its accessible or give answers as to why its not and when or if it will be fixed.

My opinon differs.. I think it is unreasonable...it doesn't affect any ones selling or buying experience.. there will be no monetary losses because of this glitch.

If we are paying for some type of service we can jump up and down and threaten to unsubscribe or whatever, but if it is a free service?

its a free service provided by a company that wants to keep you on their site - as its more likely you will spend money on that site if you are a happy camper then its good business practice to give answers, and common courtesy.

think about it - if you offered a service would you just ignore the people who use it?

Actually, Lion, I did wonder if they thought I had more than one ID.

While everything was still in transition mode I got one of those weird random emails telling me someone had replied to one of threads, but, strangely,  it adressed me by my old, original ID that I changed years ago and have never used since.

With this in mind I signed in with that ID and then  treied to access my groups - but that didn't work either.
