Man Farts Loudly During Court Appearance

Farting is funny.

 It’s also something we all do, even if we say we don’t.

 However there are moments in life when making a fluff probably isn’t the right thing to do.

 For example: When you’re going to court.

 A gassy man recently got a harsh scolding from a judge when he farted during his court hearing.

 “You can’t do that, I’m having a court hearing here!” The judge informed the man who didn’t seem embarrassed by the faux pas.

 Lucky for this guy farting is not considering an actual crime.

Might not be a crime, but is it contempt of court?

True in most cases, Lyndal. But I'm wondering if he was saving it up for when the judge handed down the penalty.

A courthouse is full of lawyers. The judge should be used to it.
