A seriously nasty man.

What amazes me is the man was only banned from owning a pet himself for 12 months.

The law is an ass sometimes.

I remember reading once about a woman (not nasty but menatlly incompetent) who had had multiple animal neglect charges and she got the same, 12 months ban from owning a pet.

They need a lifetime ban.

a bit of a suprise he actually got time in prison, usually they let these types of with a good behaviour thingo. lets hope his cell mate is a dog lover who has a short temper.
