i guess there arnt that many men who would let someone cut off their balls in a motel room so its prolly safe to say he wont do that again!

What type of person would entrust the removal of the family jewels to a person with these qualifications? It sounds like the perfect script for the original meeting between Lloyd and Harry in Dumb and Dumber. Maybe the court picked up on this and went easy on Matthews. Or maybe he was just too smart for them and was a 'cut' above the law?
what type, prolly the type who advertises on social media for help with removing a nut or two.
