It was a great show Mugs. I really enjoyed it but a bit of a nail biter!

Emelia really slipped under the radar for me this year and she turned out to be one of my favourites.  Brent too.  It has only been in the last couple of weeks I have enjoyed his efforts.

Laura was a joy throughout the whole show.  I really had the feeling tonight that when she made her dessert at the beginning that she had won the show.  Between the three of them, I think they decided to crunch the numbers and come up with the most popular male and female contestant. 

Fantastic for Laura.  Haha… I cried and it was brilliant for Emelia that she can go into George's Press Club restaurant to train.

I would have put money on it too Mugs but he has really risen to the occasion!

When I see the delicacy with which he plates up, I cannot help wondering whether he applied the same delicacy to his dirt placement 

Thoughtful comments by George to Amelia - so glad he has given her the opportunity to work with him at the Press Club.

Not so much a loss - just a defined path for her now - makes her elimination tonight so much easier for her to come to terms with.

That's what I think too Mugs.  That  is one of the things that has constantly amazed me with Laura.  She can always pull it off no matter what.
