Brett lost it halfway through, then ended up with the best dish by far.

What a recipe! Man: Total nghtmare.

The right person went home..2 mistakes, though I do think she tried hard (except for the frustrating-to-watch perfect chopping of the vegetables...argghhh)

I really felt for Brett tonight, he had a meltdown that was unfortunately kind of compelling to watch. Its hard to judge how well youre doing under that kind of pressure..and that lot up in the gantry need to either be helpful (which isnt fair, and not allowed) or shut up!

Charlie, well, overall he didnt do too bad, though that catfood  ah, parfait looked completely foul. He was devastated last night, relieved tonight.

All I can think is that none of the previous winners have gotten through without going to elimination during the show- it must teach them something special..and its an opportunity to cook again..

Yeah, I'm happy it was Theresa.

I didn't think the recipe looked that hard, (no, really)  it was just getting it

done in the time that was the hard bit.

And whoever cleans up all that mess, like the seives, needs more money

(What nobody using a chinois this year, just plain old seives?)

Looking forward to the immunity challenge tonight.

Yeah, well deserved for the MC chefs to win immunity.

Matt is great with those basic stock flavours, down to earth simplicity.

A team challenge next.

They cooked as a team, one dish each against two guest chefs.

How good were those jaffles in round one?

Makes me want to hunt down my old cast iron jaffle maker in the back of the cupboard.  Don't like the non-stick electric ones.       They don't have the same flavour
