MELBOURNE has again been rated the world's most liveable city - for the third year in a row.
The Victorian capital edged out Vienna, Vancouver, Toronto and Calgary to claim the top ranking by The Economist Intelligence Unit.
Three other Australian cities were in the top 10 - Adelaide (5), Sydney (7) and Perth (9).
Issues covering stability, healthcare, culture, environment, education and infrastructure were considered in the survey.
Say what so great about Melbourne.

No, the system was junk . but ted promised to get the trains running on time and he's gone as well and they still dont run on time. .which probably tells us its a bit beyond either of them. it may be beyond anybody by the look of it .
a great city though, i just drive and forget the train

Yes I will agree that it seems beyond any of them ๐ Until they can see the problems and follow some simple rules that Europe use nothing will get any better.
