KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Earlier this month, in Kansas City, Missouri, the Jackson County Sheriff's Department was out looking for people. And when they spotted a subject, they went after them, in a sting operation the likes of which this country has never seen.
What made this operation especially unusual was the man behind it: a fellow in a red hat -- known to these men only as "Secret Santa."

Ummm......perhaps posters are asking you questions on this thread due to your post number 12.
As for your other thread, I worked for Qld Corrective Services for 5 years. I don't need to nor want to read about criminals.

Ok heres whats gonna happen, I'm gonna address this, reply made to me, about me, and then someone is gonna say i'm makin it all about me, whats with all these attacks? I agreed that police are good wonderfull people, what more do you want? This story might bring me to tears if i had any left.
Ok, i'm not trying to take you out of context, I was pointing out that i did not just bardge into this topic, I probably would have left it alone and not responded if others didn't pull me in. That reply was a recap pointing that out. I tried to keep it short and to the point therefore i took part of your reply that was addressed to me, rather than all of it, Sorry if that was offensive.
Ok, lets see here what are you telling me?, change, only i can change things. Hummm, ok lets see, i've been here for a year, after a major change in living area and daily routine, lost my mom, never was allowed to see her near the end, side issue, scratch that, I've applied for apartments, cleared up all the court crud, "am i allowed to say that?" making regular visits to a life councoler, i suppose they can help me get things in order, at least thats what they say, I tried to get protection orders against the police, that didn't pan out. Looking for a way to keep them from finding me if i do get into an apartment, "they would have me thrown out" I really don't know what else i can to but wait. For something to pan out. Or to set off somewhere else, but id be giving up a camper, and at some point would have to abandon my car. Is that what your telling me?, to throw caution to the wind and take a leap?
Maybe i'll run into one of these really nice cops i've been hearing so much about and they'll help me. OMG, that really would be a leap. by that i mean leap of faith.
I'm sorry i don't mean to make light of what your sayin, esspeasally if your trying to help, but i've heard all this before.
ok, i'll try to let you get back to your topic about police bringing drivers to "happy" tears.
joanie, I really only have a couple of questions. Do you have a job? Do you contribute to society, your community, your neighborhood?
What is your life all about? Most get up in the morning and go to work. Collect a paycheck once a week or so and contribute to society. What do you do? Other than complain about the police and worry about where and how you will get your next Internet connection.
Many folks have a difficult life, but they grab hold and pull themselves up by their boot straps and carry on. God helps those who help themselves. How are you contributing? When is the last time you've held a job? Have you ever held a job?
From what I can surmise it appears you are in your mid forties. Holy Moly, in my mid forties I was working 1 full time job and 2 part time jobs and raising 2 children..........no welfare whatsoever.
Get on with your life. Hold yourself accountable. Stop blaming others and take a look in the mirror.
