I would hope not.

I would expect the deceased hostages to take piority so the families can make the arrangements that need to be done so the least amount of disstress is caused.

You are wrong.  The inquest (why, how, etc.) needs to be put in place asap.

The other PMs have been conducted.  It is not nearly as important to know minute details about them.
