A group of young, intoxicated British men out on the town at 3am may be more likely candidates for destroying, rather than fixing, public property. But not this bunch. Surveillance footage has emerged of five lads in the British town of Boston, in Lincolnshire, using their brawn to mend a bent bike rack.
The footage shows the group discussing strategy for a few minutes before spending 13 minutes pulling and pushing the metal hoop back into an upright position.
I seem to be missing so much going on while I'm asleep 
i like that story. maybe they were drunken cyclists ? perhaps one had reversed over the rack in the first place. it definitely beats blowing up phoneboxes as a nocturnal drunken pursuit though
