A Mum (believed to be in Cuba) is filmed holding her screaming toddler down to be tattooed.
A TWISTED mum has been caught on camera restraining her screaming toddler son as he is given a TATTOO.
The clip shows the terrified lad, believed to be three, trying to escape as he writhes in agony.
Shockingly, his mum pins him to her chest during the procedure, understood to have taken place in Havana, Cuba.
At one point, she is heard saying "mire, mire" - Spanish for "look" - as her distraught child continues to scream and cry.
Hardcore dance music is heard playing in the background during the disturbing 1min 6sec film, posted online over the weekend.
Viewers blasted the video, with one saying: "What the f*** is wrong with these people!? A b**** like that is not worthy having a kid."
Another said: "What mother in the right mind can put their child through some bull**** like this.
"Some women just should not be blessed with being a mommy."
One added: "Iโd love told hold her down and tattoo BAD MOTHER across her forehead and see how the f*** she likes it."

I felt bad enough holding my kids arms still for their immunisations. This story is appalling X-(
Might as well go for the trifecta B-)

What the mother did was horrible, but I think a fair amount of blame also needs to fall on the tattooist.
I am not sure about the laws in Cuba but I'm pretty sure that in most countries you have to be 18 to get a tattoo without your parents permission, but you can get one at 16 if you have parental permission..
Both the parent and the tattooist need to be charged IMO
