After several hours during the week clearing and cleaning up a messy garden my day started like this

DEB/lloyds - re your comment about plants from supermarkets (inside with aircon). I have bought a few from there, mainly flower plants and they have done well. 

The bigger Ww near me, puts the plants outside the front of the shop ( I wonder if any get 'lifted' no staff out there) so they get a bit of natural weather.

Freddie - if the RE know your place is sold and the new owner ( even if they don't know who that is) hasn't signed them up to manage the property then they still shouldn't be chasing any rent from the possession date (which you mentioned the previous owner told them).

Yeah, after the first ten minutes it's been light to medium heavy and I am liking it soaking the garden 🙂

Garden needs a lot of work. Lawn's loving the rain, not sure I can squeeze any out to send back your way.

have chinese jasmine flowering in some pots, smells amazing but gets a bit sneezy
