My day

After several hours during the week clearing and cleaning up a messy garden my day started like this before and after 002.JPG

Re: My day

morning everyone Smiley Happy

Amber, I envy you being able to wear shoes like that, I don't do high heels any more

Bushies, it was a restless night, we didn't go to bed till about 4am. We ended up going for a walk with our umbrellas as it was cooler outdoors, it was only raining lightly then, but plenty of thunder and lightning about

Helen that pic is just so cute ๐Ÿ™‚

it was awful Debra, hate nights like that, perhaps I should have gone for a walk, found out there isnt much on the telly at 3am ..... We only received 60 points of rain, I thought by the way it was pouring down it would have been more. Are you getting this cool breeze now Debra?

Re: My day

Enjoy your break, Sandy. Lurker, wherever it is that you live sounds beautiful. Ummmm, I've already forgotten what everyone else has posted, except for amber's shoes and Deb's number plate finding talent.

A night of storms and a very stressed dog kept me awake for most of the night, the valium only calmed her enough so that she didn't try to fit into ridiculously small places, otherwise, she was still very stressed. The poor old girl was terrified. She is normally not allowed to sleep on my bed but where thunderstorms are concerned, it i sthe only place that calms her but even that didn't help. She trampled my bad ankle so that is a bit sore today. When I went to set up the standard fan in my bedroom, I discovered that part of the stand was missing.[ I think I'll look ito getting one of those portable evaporative coolers], So, we ended up back under the ceiling fan in the loungeroom. I watched DVDs and Lily eventually settled down enough so that she stopped trying to sit on me. She's a big dog and was panting away. Once the storms finished at last, she trotted into my bedroom, onto my bed and went straight to sleep. I think I need a caffeine iv today. lol.

My cats are in a mood this morning even the two who never fight together are having disputes. Very unsettling weather. Well, time for coffee, a shower, ad a quick tidy up.

Yes, its very sad about what happened in France.

Re: My day

It's just very humid here atm Bushies, quite still, not much of a breeze at all

It was terrible that Blue, they looked to be very organized and very professional hitmen. Watched the guy execute the poor policeman, then calmly go back to his car and pick up his shoe off the road. I was reading that the police already know who they are, which is great, I thought it would be like trying to find a needle in a haystack.

Good morning everyone. No sleep until about 4 here too Debra. Was looking at the British press online. ๐Ÿ˜ž

humid and heading for another hot one. Forecasts looking pleasant for the next few days.

Thank you Bushie.

My best friend - 15 years old.

Borrowed time.

Have always said when she goes - I will go - she is the only reason I don't go far at present.

Re: My day

I haven't heard that yet Freddie, but I did read how they found who they are

The police source said one of them had been identified by his identity card which had been left in the getaway car.
