After several hours during the week clearing and cleaning up a messy garden my day started like this

Back pain is the worst. Hope it doesn't last too long.

Don't particularly need a photo of a bad back
Seriously, I'm sorry to hear that you're in pain. Is it a new ailment? or has it flared up again.
Look forward to seeing the photo of the yellow(?) flower.

I've been known to ignore some warning signs, too. It runs in the family. Apparently when my 'pa was a teenager, he put aside his crutches and ran onto a football field to play.
We should all "listen" to our body and treat it like the temple that it is.

No baby news Bushie. And DYD has been ordered to NOT to go into labour until I am upright and mobile again!

Today I am sort off up - I get the little wheely chair from my sewing table and scoot around on that - so I have caught up on the post parcels ( hubby is off sending them on their way now) and have managed to do a surface tidy up in the kitchen. Why no one else sees to put stuff away I don't know! Hubby unpacked the dishwasher and left about 50% on the bench - all that's been put away too. I can't blame him though, he doesn't know where a lot of the "stuff" is stored as yet ( we have only been in the new kitchen for a couple of months, and he is only here half the time.)
DYD is at the "it is NEVER going to happen" stage... poor thing. I wish she would give up work already but she is determined to have as much time with bub as her job will allow so is pushing herself for one more week. She is lucky she has a sitting down job
