Good morning ๐ Quite warm and windy here this morning, good day for having all the door and windows open while Mr Bushie continues the ongoing painting. There are some stunning roses around my town, when I first moved here my neighbour picked a bunch from her garden and brought them over to say "Welcome" which I thought was lovely

My bestie from school days called this morning we have been mates for about 58yrs she is amazed at the improvements made so far A bit of cleaning up washing and some repotting ahead.

Beautiful roses. i strained my back yesterday so I will be resting it today. My youngest is on her way over for a visit.

I have been to the CT scan place with my sister who has a kidney stone!
Home for a bit now to the nursing home, hopefully home soon to sew and catch up on orders.
I am not looking forward to the injection Freddie but the pain is horrendous! so hopefully my pain outweighs the needle phobia.

Az my injections were cortisone injections for a rotator cuff tear in my shoulder.
We just received another WARNING letter from Ray White telling us unless our arreas of overdue rent are paid within 24hrs they are going to proceed with a termination notice for possession of the property

Freddie, if the RE doesn't know you have purchased the property, then I imagine they will still be charging the previous owner management fees?
