After several hours during the week clearing and cleaning up a messy garden my day started like this before and after 002.JPG

From what I could gather each shop rented the shell and then had their

own shop fitter come in. So I guess the shop fitter will bd held responsible

I like Bunnings also but not the 200km round trip, so Mitre 10 is my only option

My day

New shoes for dad today, had to make a couple of trips to the shopping centre to change sizes but we got them right in the end. Was a bit annoyed at a couple of shops refusing to refund even if I brought them back within the hour and I explained the circumstances of why I couldnt bring dad to them. Thats ok though, found another shop that were all too happy to help and they will get my business from now on.

Made an appointment to look at a new nursing home on Friday, might have to move him to get a single room in high care. The one he's at now only has shared rooms available.

We just ate dinner. I fried the leftover vegetables from yesterday in duck fat, and added some cherry tomatoes, and a bit of duck meat - that was for me.

For my son, I made the bony/fatty parts of the duck into stock, and added onions and star anise.

I chopped up the yummy bits of the duck (meat and skin) to add to the soup when he was home. He cooked noodles to make a pretty authentic Asian duck noodle soup.

Three more HSC exams ... 10 more days.

At risk of Freddie feeling harrassed...................... Mr F can take out the actual lock barrell and one of you can take it to a locksmith or Mr Minute, ask them to cahnge combination and cut new keys, for around $20.

Bunnings sell new doors here ... and fit them!! I am getting one done next month.

Twinks - looking at your flower photos on an ipad they are all up the right way. On the computer some are the right way, some aresideways.
