40mm rain bushie ! !

Have some of the jasmine growing on a wall too. It is not too rampant. It is on wires strung along looped around tiny nails.

Fresh chook poo is too potently fresh for the roots.  I noticed the local farmers used to sprinkle "feather laced gold"away from the stem on the surface of the bed, and that's the way I have been doing it for years.

 

Strange but true story.  My pa buried a horse shoe under a plant.  Unfortunately, I can't remember what plant it was though.  But , "it needed the iron" I remember him saying.  (This was the 1950's)

I lost my dad when I was 14 Freddie, them my mum when I was 23  ..... my kids had no grandies to spoil them as my ex husbands father and stop mother lived in England

Nice rug Bushy, I have mine on Gumtree but no takers. I also have a brand new coffee machine on there still in the box never used RRP $199 we got a text message yesterday offering us $50 Woman LOL

Awww it's so sad when you lose your parents. My Dad passed at 81yrs he was a special man, full of mischief with a real fun twinkle in his eye, I think some of his devilment rubbed off on me Woman LOL
