My day

After several hours during the week clearing and cleaning up a messy garden my day started like this before and after 002.JPG

it's very different to the 'cottage Pink rose bushies, my photos aren't great, but it's a much deeper pink and the flowers have lots more petals and it's thorny as well

it looks stunning Debra .... I had a huge Cecile Brunner at growing across the front of my previous house, it broke my heart have to leave it behind but moving it was definitely not an option, it had huge thorns as well, I have the scars to prove it lol

the Cecile Brunner's are nice too, I must check if mine is still flowering. I gave it a huge chopping back last summer

at least Bushies, you will be able to get another one of those if you want as the plant nurseries stock that one I think

Freddie, the worst part is knowing your check up is soon. I know the anxiety my sister goes through before hers. The best thing is getting it over and done with and knowing you've got the all clear.

Treloars dont appear to grow your rose Debra, the do, however, have a climbing black boy and one called climbing masquerade which looks stunning, I have add them both to my list for next rose season

My day

No matter how hellish I feel, this thread and the beautiful pics always lifts my spirits. Only 26 days left for him to collect the rest of his belongings and I cannot wait because then I should be free of him. I say "should" because I doubt if he will easily let this go and move forward  Hopefully, he'll prove me wrong and that what I loved about him will prevail. Time will tell. On the night of December 22nd, I will be drinking lots and lots of champagne.

My day, today, will be a slow one and I'm not sure what I will be doing except for animal housekeeping.

No the owner of the business is still trying to tell us there is nothing wrong with the vinyl, he hasn't even been here to see for himself what's happening with it. The guy he sent to have a look at it took back a wad of tissues with the film on it plus we cut off a small piece about the size of a matchbox  from the off cut for him to take back. He tells us they will test the piece of off cut .... I can tell you now what he will say next time we hear from him. The test revealed nothing wrong with it, because he's such a cunning old so and so he won't even have it tested.

After that I will contact Fair Trading.
