Az, tell your sis that the leg breaking was your Mum letting her know it was time to let it go.

Memories are in our hearts.

My day

Good morning everyone.

lol at the broken furniture legs.  Think their time is up.  I smashed up a chair yesterday because the legs were a bit wobbly - an odd one out in the craft room.

It's called "gardener's back" bushie.  Luckily I very rarely have back pain but Frank does - he had a CT scan on Monday for his back.

Wonderful news on your checkup freddie.  That result would have to take away the disappointment of the cowboy.  You'll know in future what that "shadow" is.

No coffee!  Remember that ad from years ago?  I would hate to run out of coffee first thing in the morning.

Frank drives the truck at Vinnies all day today so I walk into town, drink coffee, visit a friend at an op shop where I also know the others then walk to Vinnies and pick up the car.  I call it "my day" because I do what I want to (I do every other day as well but ....).

Have a good day everyone .... the sun is shining here.

My day

Morning lovelies,

The tiler has just left he's coming in the morning to redo the tiles, once he's finished I can get the shower screen man in to put the screen up again.  So with luck we will be showering in our own shower by next week Woman Very Happy

We are expecting 4 inches of rain around Friday so they tell us, Tuesday night at Port Macquarie for about 2hrs there was a continuous light show with thunder it went around out to see came back without a drop of rain.

Hope they can get to the bottom of your back pain Bushy, nothing worse then the restriction of a bad back.

I've ordered a Norwex cloth for cleaning the shower glass it should be here today, thanks for the suggestion Az.

Time to start thinking Christmas I guess, I will do the traditional roast pork, ham, turkey and roast vegies I usually do a triffle but not this year not when it's just us and the Princess. I will just buy a small pudding and do the brandy custard and icecream.

Wow Freddie, so happy for you after last weeks disaster I am pleased it is now all coming together for you ๐Ÿ™‚

I was think about getting one of those cloths for my windows. so will be interested to see how your goes.

Funny you should mention trifle, I thought I might make one this year, haven't made one for ages. After 20 years of being married to a "pom" who demanded his traditional English Xmas lunch, I refuse to cook a hot Xmas lunch, thankfully Mr B is much for easy going than the ex.

Sandy you could be right re my back, hopefully the x rays will reveal what is going on. Has you hubby received his results yet? Hopefully everything is ok

Wonders if DEB is back with the coffee yet?

morning2.jpg

....... and what a lovely morning it is on the island, just gorgeous.

I can see everyone has been busy what with one thing and another, has certainly been like that here too.

Everything is packed up and put away from the big weekend but we're still ready for Christmas and a whole bunch of visitors each day between here and after, but we're ready for that ... love this time of year, very special.

Our two elderly cats seem to know it's a different season too, they've turned into kittens again, tearing up and down the hallway and thoroughly enjoying batting at the Christmas tree ...  Smiley Indifferent ... but not destructive, no pulling it down or climbing it these days ... Woman LOL

Hope everyone has a great day xx

So happy about your results Freddie, the best ....  Heart
