After several hours during the week clearing and cleaning up a messy garden my day started like this

Won't comment on the visit to our daughter's - it's not her - it's the partner 
. Still we delivered their Christmas present of an outdoor setting and Frank put it together so that's the main thing plus we smiled and gave the partner a kiss for Christmas.
I've decided to go down town and get the last minute things I was getting in the morning then I won't have to face the shops again. A stay at home day tomorrow cooking.
Mother of the year award goes to me this year! My son's been complaining of pain in his back and side for a few days and I've been telling him to harden up lol. Last night he comes to me with a rash and lo and behold he has shingles 
In true male fashion he's already started milking it for all its worth. "I shouldnt have to get the shopping out of the car, I've got shingles" LOL.
Awww punchy poor kid they say it's a painful condition. How old is Mr shingles boy? When I arrived home after my radiation I ended up with a nasty rash they thought was shingles but it turned out to be a radiation rash.

I'm about to take in to my dear old neighbour her Chrissy gift, she loves chocolate coated ginger so she has 2 x boxes 
We had a shower this morning so B3's plants will be smiling.
I need to do my trifle a day early due to the Princesses B'Day tomorrow, plus it gives it another day to set. Tomorrow afternoon I do the pork and the turkey, then Christmas morning I carve it and prepare it for warming.
He's 15 and a bit of a hypochondriac which is why I never take him very seriously when something hurts.
It doesnt seem too bad, apparently the younger you are the less severe and its on his torso rather than his face which is a good thing.
He'd recently dragged himself off the couch and away from computer screens and started doing some exercise so I thought the pain was just a bit of muscle soreness from that.

Sounds like a recipe for MURDER (just joking people) but OMG I would be climbing up the walls after a week with a house guest who was unwelcome.
