Thanks for passing on my congrats, skwerl.

I wish I could participate but not on my computer (it keeps playing up) and I don't know how to take pics and post them from my tablet yet....not very tech savvy.

Can someone explain....slowly.....how I can put the pic of the abstract mural I did that's on the art thread (somewhere) on the photo thread, please?

I can't sign in to my Soul-Art id.........

On my ipad if I hold my finger on an image I get the choice of save image or copy.

Edit - FAIL tried copy but that didn't paste the pic.

thanks am, I'll spend some time reading how to use the stoopid thing, it's really hard for me to use touch screens.

but...........it's my pic on the art thread that I want to post on this weeks photo thread (I'm on a laptop atm) do I right click on the pic and post in the reply box ?

I think you will have to right click and save image as.. to your computer. Then go to the abstract thread, choose insert image at top of reply box ( the tree icon) find the image you saved in my pictures (?) and do it that way. ( choose size from drop down box).

It should be in your gallery if you posted it in the Art thread 

If you are on the lappy, when you click on the little tree, choose the 'From my Gallery' tab.

I don't think its possible to add images from the ipad or mobiles (there is no little tree icon) just the option to add as an attachment.

Teeny, she's using a different ID, so it's not the gallery that she can access at the moment.

I think sometimes you can COPY the image ctrl+c  and then ctrl+v in to the normal dialogue box and not go through the Add a picture section.

Give it a go.

And yep I can post it for you. Can you tell what post number it is in the art thread?

but I'm not on an ipad or phone....lol....I'm even confusing myself !

I can't sign in to my Soul-Art id, so can't get the pic from my gallery and I don't have my photos on this laptop or the camera software.

I have to go out now, having lunch at the lagoon with some friends and whistling ducks and I guess other water birds, will take pics for when I have my computer back.
