Meep sadly my sweet Charlie has developed a serioius heart problem so she "won't make old bones" as the vet said.
Meanwhile she continues to bring joy and love into my life. I've never known such a kissy furbaby. .
thanks for asking.

unfortunately cavaliers are prone to heart problems.
They are such beautiful companions. Give Charlie a gentle hug for me

Your little girl is so lovely and you deserve a big pat on the back for taking such excellent care of her. She will grow into a big, healthy girl. Have you decided on a name for her yet?

Thank you for your encouraging kind words...Yes ive decided she will be Little Lucy...

That is a really nice name. I hope all goes well for little Lucy. If she is like most Cavies, mine included, she will want to eat, eat and eat. Therefore, we have to be strong and watch their weight and waistline. As previously mentioned, Cavies are prone to heart disease which makes it even more important to watch their weight. However, these days good breeders are breeding this out of them. Keep posting pictures of little Lucy.
