After all we are the best state and everyone else has one.:-D

Surely a few people from the boards must live here.

I am from Maroubra Beach and would not live anywhere else.

I thought there was an election coming up, suddenly I'm seeing signwritten cars around again. Mind you no idea of exactly when it is.

It is the end of March Nae. It is the NSW State Elections. :8}

If there are about 25 Labour Ministers leaving the party and not wanting anything to do with it, it doesn't look good for the voters does it? ๐Ÿ˜ฎ

Liberal should have won the last one hands down but were let down by the furore around John Brogden which seems very tame compared to what has been going on in the last 4 years. X-(

Anyway...............................hello all *waves* ๐Ÿ˜›

Ta, looks like we've got another 7 weeks to watch the war over where the local members park their overly signwritten vehicles again:|

Last election there was nearly 1/2 page in the local rag devoted to one member('s wife) parking his car, complete with signwriting, almost in front of another members offices.

Oh the joy of kindergarten in the backyard again.

Seems to me this current Govt has been one kindergarten spectacle. Despite what may have been said about Kristina Kenneally's leadership, IMO she's had a very tough time what with all the clowns she's had to work with. While I have mostly been a Labour supporter, I would not be unhappy if someone else won the election, however I am not convinced that Barry O'Farrell's team has got the right goods. But then again I may be wrong.

Hello all *waves*

I am getting in early for Saturday. :^O

6 weeks from today is voting day *yawn*

My local member is retiring and she has been briliant in the job. Very much a workaholic for our community. It is a shame to see her go. ๐Ÿ˜ž

You have to feel for Kristina Kenneally. All the blokes in her party stuffed up and she wasn't quick enough to step backwards when they asked for volunteers to take over the leadership. All the blokes did and left her at the front.

It wasn't really like that, but it may as well have been.
I don't envy her one little bit. She is trying to hold things together while most of her sitting members are deserting the sinking ship.
I wonder if she would resign too, if she wasn't the Premier. It must be hard on her young family, all that stress that she would take home with her.

They usually invite the Media to all the events/openings and press releases but there was one about 2 weeks ago that they weren't invited to. They released the information after the event. It was something to do with Enough is Enough and she didn't want herself photographed in front of the sign. I heard about it on the radio.

There is no denying the fact that the Labor Party has totally stuffed NSW.

Rudd offered Keneally a federal seat after the humiliating way he treated her.

She has been offered a federal seat from the Gillard govt as well.

I hope she goes federal so she can stuff them up as good as she stuffed NSW & the power sell off then we may be able to kill 2 rotten govt's with one stone.

Hi All

Nice and cool in Sydney today.

My foot is okay thanks, only one more week and my lovely bright blue plaster cast will be gone I hope.

It has been nice having long weekend but I will be glad when I can get back to full time work as the workload is starting to pile up a bit.

I hope you all have a wonderful day.

Oops I forgot to mention I don't even know when the election is I know it is sometime in March.

It seems a bit odd that I have not received any of the normal electon stuff through the post.

For the first time in my life I do not have a clue who I am voting for.

It is getting to the point that I think I will have to use the "close your eyes and stick your pencil down and who ever the point lands on gets the vote"

A bit sad but Libs and Labour are as bad as each other

Mainecoon the election is the 26th March.

Your local paper should have details of the people who will be contesting the seat.

BERMAN, Nick Independent

Nice to have cool day today. I would rather it didn't rain in the daytime when I have washing to do. I don't mind it raining at night.
Our grass was going very brown.
