my thoughts are woman i center way out of line.
woman on right, some sort of psychologist? where was her input to what was going on right in front of her?
woman on left, should have stood her ground and said, you put a jacket on if your so worried!

Yes, they do speak to each other passive-aggressively, bordering on openly hostile, but โ spoiler alert โ that is how people speak to each other in the workplace. This leaked footage is what we've all experienced โ it's the equivalent of overhearing a dispute between colleagues and pretending to type, head down but ears cocked. However, this eavesdropping travels a very dangerous path.
I agree

The woman in the middle, Amber Sherlock, was the anchor - she couldn't just pop off and put a jacket on. She'd done the bulletin thus far without one, would have looked a bit silly if she was suddenly in a jacket for that segment, then was without one again after it.
Far easier for Amber Snook to have just done as was earlier asked, and rolled up with a jacket. For whatever reason, she didn't. Sherlock should have just shrugged it off, but chose to make an issue of it.
She should have known better: first rule of TV: the mics are always "open", the cameras are always "on". Don't do say or anything you don't want others to see.
She's gone from having a minimal public profile to a (temporarily) high one, and for all the wrong reasons.
Meanwhile, here's a meme I whipped up...

i would have thought there are lots and lots off people running a program not on camera (producers, directors, camera persons, make up people, car park attendants) who would all have more say over who wears what when the red lights on before the bimbo in the middle starts ranting about us all wearing white. i notice also she didnt say to the one on the right, "and you need to get someing else on cos your whites clashing with mine!"
the funny takes on this are starting to pop up on youtube now.
