Several weeks back I was up to 7k's about 2-3 times per week but have had to drop back due to other commitments.
Maybe City2Surf and Blackmores later this year though I like the smaller events such as Sri Chinmoy as they attract mainly recreational runners. The Bay run is also good but parking is a hassle.
