No more stickers

My car rego renewnal arrived today. No more stickers on windscreens from tomorrow in Victoria

And our sticker scrapping was timed with the launching of plate recognition cameras, which can identify unregistered vehicles. Naturally an absolute coincidence.

 the cameras have operated for a couple of years now in vic . i found that out the expensive way

  my phone isn't even charged most of the time, can i get an email instead ? will they still post out reminders i wonder.

Silly thing about that, is that the deletion of stickers is meant to be a cost cutting measure, and by the bulk numbers they get them in, would amount to very little per sticker. How much per renewal does a text message reminder cost?
