Perhaps because the people, to whom he tried to explain the many facts, have concentration span of few seconds, and cannot comprehend the complicated facts.  🙂

All I can say is with bad comedy routine speeches like that, it's a good thing Obamas time is up as President.  What actually are the facts he speaks of in this speech? He is too busy, cracking jokes (laughing smugly at his own jokes, most of which I actually found quite funny, loved his climate change, bacon and donuts analogy), oh thats right, gotta take into consideration the demographic... lol And whats with the crowd? are they prompted to clap or....

He's a lame duck President searching for a legacy. Well Mr Cool seems like a good one. The majority of Americans can't wait till he's gone. He's now attacking all his allies saying they are not pulling their weight, it's offended UK and France big time.

If Clinton doesn't get in all of his failed policies will be repealed. Jokimg and jigging is no way for a President to act.

Yes he's now sticking his oar in the UK EU referendum, saying we should stay in. Why doesn't he concentrate on his own Hymn sheet, and stop peeking over his shoulder at ours ? I should think that man has enough on his plate concentrating on what's happening in his own back yard, without poking his neb in ours. Anyhow, Boris Johnson has just given him short shrift for his interference. Good old BJ, sez I.

About as funny as leprosy. If that gig in the OP was supposed to be comedic, he ought to sack his scriptwriter. Great to watch though, if you happen to have mislaid your Mogadon tablets. Guaranteed to knock you out within seconds.
