Icy, I am having some issues with the onscreen keyboard on an iPad today.

I can post normally only if I do not need to change the cursor. Then it will not behave, as the cursor will not reposition, and to make any corrections I need to post, then edit, to reopen the text box.

it is only a problem here, fine on any other web page I have tried, so might be a Lithium/eBay issue.

working normally in the answer centre, oddly enough...

so if you are only having gremlins in here, and with a virtual keyboard, it might not be just you.

You might like to consider acquiring a bluetooth keyboard for the iPad 🙂

and Icy, before the virtual keyboard, had you been using a bluetooth one?

it can confuse the PC sometimes if bluetooth is on, when previously paired with a bluetooth keyboard. It will keep looking for it, and interfere with the operation of the virtual one. So if that's the case, try turning bluetooth off.

I have one Poddster, it was all sorts of trouble with randomly repeating keys like thisssssssssssssssssssssssss, where only a reboot of the iPad would stop it. It was not faulty, it was an iPad, I am really confused, thing.
