Traditional Pizza Bianca doesn't have anything else on it like cheese although I have seen it sprinkled with parmesan in Rome.

Years ago when i lived on home delivery pizza-
the shop had a Richos special on the menu.
With the lot-----no pineapple or prawns--extra hot salami and anchovies.
Have changed my eating habits since those times......................................Richo.

Didn't you read it that way in the first place Crikey? I would have thought that most people did.
I make my own pizza and I don't usually add sliced tomato, but I have recently started "sun drying" baby Romas and I will add them.

Do you grow your own? Or buy them?
if you grow them, that must be delicious. The Romas on sale here are flavorless 😞
I get a lot of organic tomatoes when I see them and make a paste.

and by the time i get to eat my pizza that has tomato topping, i have never noticed the tomato "hotter" then the rest of the ingredience
& or noticed it made the pizza soggy
